We went back home for another week while Becky was in town visiting, and boy did we have a blast! We kept pretty busy with activities with the kids, and lots of shopping. This is always my favorite part of summer.
We spent an afternoon with cousins playing in the city pool, then went out for snow cones.
Grayson woke up in the wee hours of the morning one night, which he hasn't done in long time, but couldn't go back to sleep, so I laid him down with me in my bed...or rather he slept on top of me while I laid awake the rest of the night. I love how snuggly he is.
There were several thunder storms the week we were there, so naturally all the kids had to run outside and play in the rain every time it rained. I even managed to get a few cool shots of the lightning!
All the kids got to take turns riding the horse or the four wheelers after we had a cousin sleepover.
After taking Grandpa Pettingill dinner and eating out with the kids, I took them to the Perrine Bridge. I thought they'd have fun looking down into the canyon. We even saw a base jumper jump off the bridge!
