We got a good 6"-8" of snow a couple of weeks ago over night. The next morning the kids had a late start to school due to slick roads, so we all went outside and playing in the snow while I shoveled the driveway. The driveway was taking way too long and my back was killing me. As soon as I dropped the kids off at school I came back and continued to shovel. Then what to my wondering ears do I hear? A jolly old neighbor with his tractor who came up behind me and shoveled the rest of my driveway for me in a matter of minutes. I couldn't thank him enough for saving my back. I had two little children who were waiting for me inside the house.
After school I picked up the boys and surprised them by taking them straight to the park to go sledding! We stayed there for a good hour and half before the sun set, and had a great time.
