I feel so accomplished today. I took out the trash, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, did my last load of laundry from the weekend, put all the folded laundry away, got ready for the day, vacuumed up and downstairs--both carpet and wood floors, cleaned the bathroom, (one of the BEST feelings ever!) fed and played with Zander until he fell asleep all before noon! I haven't been this productive in quite a while.
We sold our pool table two weeks ago and now our basement feels huge. There's so much space I don't know what to do with it all. We rearranged the room so it's more open and flows better. I'm pretty excited because now I can put my craft table out there and have room for my sewing machine. Stephen and I have been going over some ideas on what we want to do this year to the house and yard. I think we're going to keep it to the simple and small things since we've done a lot of bigger things the last two years. I've been planning my vegetable garden and front flowerbeds, but we'll see how much gets done.
I'm pretty sure Zander is going through a growth spurt right now. Last week he went back to getting up twice in the night to eat. I've been a zombie mom all week and I don't like it. I'm hoping this isn't going to last long. He's been laughing more and more everyday and it is the cutest thing! I finally got it on video because Stephen hadn't seen his laugh. I've been trying for about a month now to capture it for him; I watch that video all the time now. He's pretty much done with his three month clothes, and he is starting to play with toys and hold things in his hands. We're planning a trip home to Twin next week to visit grandma and grandpa and work on a sewing project. I can't wait!
