Elba Part II
This little guy just started licking his lips all of a sudden. He does it all the time now and I couldn't figure out why, but then we realized he has his first tooth coming in!
All tuckered out from a long day
Monday morning a hummingbird flew into Tim's tent so they caught it so everyone could see it, then let it go
Our hike to Cable Rock
We did a loop around the City of Rocks and stopped for a bit to let the kids out and climb on the rocks
Memorial Day Weekend
We went to Idaho and spent the weekend with the family at the cabin last week. We had a lot of fun even though we didn't get to ride the horses or four wheelers this time. The boys had to build a retaining wall and it took all day to do it. I took the kids a couple of times for a hike throughout the day and by the time the wall was completed it was dinner time. After dinner we all went to Durfee's hotspring for a swim. Grandpa Pettingill stayed with us and loved watching the kids play. It was really nice to have him around this year since we don't get to see him too often.
Devin and Savannah took turns taking pictures on our hike. the one below is one Devin took at the top of the trail.

Peaches
The sequence of these photos say it all. I gave Zander peaches for the first time--the first food besides cereal that he's had. He would shake his head after every bite as if they were sour. I tasted the peaches after he was done, and come to find out, they were pretty bitter.
