On the last day of the cruise when we got off the ship we had some time to kill before we were able to get into our air B and B house, so spent a few hours in Universal Studios to scope things out. We spent most of that time in Harry Potter World picking out wands and trying to cast spells. We stopped at 12 Grimauld Place a couple of times because Grayson liked to see Kreacher peeking out from behind the curtain. The boys and I also spotted the Night Bus and had a chat with the shrinking head. That was fun.
Sunday we went to church in the morning and hung out at the house and let the kids swim in the pool all afternoon. Then we made a big family dinner and had everyone come out to our house for chicken tacos, beans, and rice topped off with some strawberry daiquiris. Monday and Tuesday we all went back to Universal to ride the rides and watch some shows. Loren's family was very generous and took turns watching our little kids for us so Stephen and I could ride some rides with the older boys. There was a lot to see and do in these two parks; I missed out on a few things I wanted to do, but we were there for the kids. Some of my favorite things at Universal was, of course, Harry Potter World, the velocicoaster, the Bourne Stuntacular show, and Beauty and the Beast show. It was incredibly hot and humid! I am so glad I do not live in the south. I can't handle the heat. The kids loved the Minions ride and Dr, Seuss land. The Jurassic Park was pretty cool too. We got our picture taken with Blue.
